Are your data transferred outside the EU?

Your data may be transferred outside the European Union, particularly through our subcontractors. 6. What are your rights and how to exercise them?

6.1. Your rights over your data

In application of and within the limits of the applicable provisions concerning personal data protection, you have the following rights:

Right of access to your data	You can obtain confirmation from NESTENN as to whether or not your data is being processed and, when it is, access to all data and information held by NESTENN.
Right to rectification of your data	You can obtain from NESTENN, in the shortest possible time, the rectification of inaccurate or erroneous data concerning you. You can also request that your data be completed, where applicable.
